Community partners and volunteers gathered around a shared table at DCU Hope Center

Partners

Join the neighbors behind the neighbors

Churches, businesses, foundations, schools, and organizations make the Hope Center possible. Every meal served, every pantry shelf stocked, and every Resource Center appointment happens because partners give, serve, and show up.

There is a place for your organization here

No single organization can meet every need alone — that is why Downtown Churches United has always been a collaboration. Whether your congregation can take a pantry shift, your business can sponsor a program, or your school can send student volunteers, your partnership has a direct impact on families in Petersburg. Tell us how you would like to be part of it, and our staff will follow up personally.

Ways to partner

Give goods

Food, clothing, hygiene items, and equipment — we will match your donation to the greatest need.

Give time

Bring a volunteer group for a pantry shift, a shared meal, or a special project.

Give expertise

Accounting, logistics, healthcare, teaching, trades — professional skills multiply what we can offer.

What we can confirm today

Our partner network is being organized and documented now. Confirmed partner names, logos, and testimonials will appear here once each organization approves its listing. If you already partner with DCU, we would love to hear from you so we can recognize your support accurately.
